2008

In transforming how our organizations work, we do not have time to do it all. We must determine what is most core and critical to achieve in the short and long terms. We stay focused on that.

For example, in determining which systems or positions to create or innovate, we identify the top priorities and work on them. If we work beyond them, that is great, but first we make sure that the core/critical work of the organization is done.

When we work on core/critical systems and positions, we keep it focused, user friendly, easy to understand and simple, without sacrificing necessary information on the alter of simplicity.
